Indian Emergency Medical Response System

About:  As a part of the Student Service Design Challenge'24, in partnership with Laerdal, my team and I explored the sector of Emergency Medical Services in India, where we undertook extensive primary research with 300+ users and 20+ experts to understand the current state of the emergency medical response system in India and dive deeper to understand the current ambulance services, gaps, and need in the Indian healthcare sector to suggest an advanced, tech-based emergency response system strategy.
